What Does This Warranty Cover?
Norandex warrants that its products are free from material defects and manufacturing issues, including protection against chipping, peeling, flaking, or blistering under normal conditions when properly installed.
How Long Does Coverage Last?
If the property is individually owned, the warranty lasts for the life of the originalowner. If owned by an entity (e.g. condo, business, government), coverage lasts 50years from installation, prorated as outlined in the full warranty.
What Will Norandex Do?
Upon validated claim and inspection access, Norandex may repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of defective products, including reasonable labor costs. Responsibility excludes attached items or any incidental expenses beyond the product/labor cost.
What Is Not Covered?
- Damage from improper storage or installation (e.g., oil canning, rippling)
- Contact with dissimilar metals or salt spray environments
- Weathering issues like chalking, fading, or tree sap stains
- Acts of God (hail, hurricanes, lightning, fire, etc.)
- High-pressure washing, animal structures, chemical exposure
- Vandalism, excessive heat, reflective surface damage
- Products that have been altered, repainted, or reinstalled
Other Limitations
This warranty covers only authentic Norandex products installed within the U.S., Hawaii, or Alaska. Colormatching for replacements is not guaranteed due to weathering. Norandex may substitute discontinued products with similar alternatives at its discretion.
