We had a roof leak on our 2 year old home. We reached out to Lake City, and other roofers on a Sunday evening and Lake City was the quickest to respond. Sean came out to assess the problem and provide a cost estimate the next day, on Monday.. … More Then later that morning Seth came out to repair our roof in multiple areas. It turned out when our roof was originally installed it wasn’t done properly in some areas.

Though I can not speak to affordability, workmanship, follow-up etc. Lake City is certainly good at contacting and listening to potential clients.
