Our expert North Idaho roofing team at Lake City Roofing and Construction can help walk you through the different types of roofing options available for your needs and budget so that, at the end of the day, you will be thrilled with the new roof over your head.

A roof replacement may be your home’s biggest investment, but it doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Contact us today to learn how to choose a more durable, beautiful, and long-lasting roof for your next replacement!

When Is It Time to Have Your Roof Replaced?

Not every roofing issue needs to be replaced. If possible, we will let you know if we can repair your roof before resorting to a full, tear-off replacement. But if your roof is undergoing repairs all of the time, it may be the best choice for your wallet to fully replace your roof!

Water Leaks

When your roof or ceiling is leaking after every rain or snowfall, then it’s probably time to replace your roof. This could indicate significant damage to your roofing system, and multiple leaking areas are not worth repairing in the long run.

Damaged Appearance

Broken or missing shingles and discolored areas are all signs that your roof has suffered enough damage to be replaced. It is natural for roofs to have signs of wear and tear after years of storms, and noticing the signs early can help you plan ahead for a replacement.

The Age of Your Roof

Once your roof is approaching or is past its expected lifespan, the safest option is to start planning for a replacement. If you’re unsure when your roof was last replaced, give us a call and we can help evaluate the condition of your roof.

Lake City roofing was professional, clean, and their crew is incredibly efficient. Shawn Farrar was an excellent sale rep and site manager who worked with us to deliver a fair price was honest and made processes easy and simple. There … More were no hidden fee's no pressure to upsell and understood our needs. His work crew left my property clean of debris it was really impressive to see how fast they were able to complete the job. I strongly recommend Lake City Roofing for any repairs or replacement

We had a roof leak on our 2 year old home. We reached out to Lake City, and other roofers on a Sunday evening and Lake City was the quickest to respond. Sean came out to assess the problem and provide a cost estimate the next day, on Monday.. … More Then later that morning Seth came out to repair our roof in multiple areas. It turned out when our roof was originally installed it wasn’t done properly in some areas.
We are thankful Lake City roofing came out and quickly and professionally made the repairs.
    We highly recommend this team.

I called for a bid and Kaden returned my call the following day. He was receptive to our needs and desires and committed to creating an initial quote. Though we've yet to receive a bid (we understand they are busy and did not rush … More LCC along) I was impressed that someone called back
pretty quickly and that they were willing to listen to us as potentials customers.
A business that expects to survive and thrive needs to cater to their customer base. Making contact, without delay means something, especially to potential customers who are about to invest in both their property and the roofing contractor who returns their calls and is awarded the contract.
Lake City certainly makes you feel like you and your business matter to them.
Though I can not speak to affordability, workmanship, follow-up etc. Lake City is certainly good at contacting and listening to potential clients.
Give them a call and see for yourself.
Update: my initial conversation with LCR occurred on March 3, today is 3/17 (Happy Paddy's Day) and I have yet to hear from them. Wait and see what develops...
